Jane Hamill, Consultant

Jane Hamill joined the RETAIL Mavens team in February 2007 and is a maven because she loves to crunch numbers and dream up marketing ideas. She previously owned a store while designing the clothes for the shop for 14 years – Jane likes to think of herself as master at getting a lot done! To have more fun, she works off of a plan rather that free-styling. Jane currently resides in Chicago with her family where she likes to ride bikes, play tennis, and run through sprinklers with her kids.

Erin Schaeffer, Social Media Guru

Erin Schaeffer became a Maven in October 2009. She lives in Chicago with her husband Jonathan, son Evan (2), and newest addition Charlotte or "Lottie" who was born May 2010. After graduating from DePaul with a BA in accounting, her love for helping small businesses both with their bookkeeping and social media strategy led her to RETAIL Mavens. When she is not working or spending time with her family, she loves to play golf, run 5Ks, or watch the Cubs!

Angi Cholewa, Office Manager

Angi Cholewa became the Customer Happiness Maven on May 1, 2010. She lives in a big beautiful old house in a Historic District with her husband and 5 children. Doing the office managing of RETAIL Mavens is an extension of managing the schedules of her 5 children as well as doing scheduling for her local Catholic high school. She loves working with retailers! To have more fun she spends "alone time" and enjoys running (ok, so trotting) and reading. To get more sleep, She leaves the well-being of my children in the hands of God.

Elizabeth Hardig, Virtual Assistant

Elizabeth Hardig joined RETAIL Mavens in May of 2010 as the team’s lead virtual assistant. After four years in Los Angeles working for a public relations and celebrity outreach firm, Elizabeth decided to move to Chicago to pursue her true passion of helping business owners develop their online platform. After several years of technical training Elizabeth became a certified virtual assistant, where she specializes in online marketing and support. When Elizabeth isn’t glued to her computer she is more than likely attending a yoga class or indulging in reality TV – her favorite guilty pleasure!
