Many of our programs begin with the Rapid Start Assessment, in-depth Retail Profitability Analysis and Business Strategy Session. This is where the groundwork is done for all our efforts moving forward. It is a powerful time where we will look deeply at the current state of all areas of your retail business, benchmark it to other successful stores, discover your dreams and determine ways to achieve the true potential of your business. At its core are two questions: "Where are we?" and "Where do we want to be?”. We will look at your store from all angles– profit, sales, cash flow, employee relations and productivity, branding, physical space, advertising, marketing, customer relations, training, operations and more. At the end of this meeting, you will have a clear, concise, prioritized road map of how to make more money, be in control, have more fun and enjoy more time off in your retail business.
Once you’ve completed the Rapid Start business session, you’ll continue to get in-depth and expert guidance and ongoing support through one of the following programs, based on your different needs. (Note: all programs are based upon a 12-month program - although the majority of clients work with Retail Mavens for several years, as they report making more money when they work directly with us, than when they don’t.)

How long is each program?
A retail business traditionally gets consistently profitable in 3 or more years. You can expect it to take a fraction of the time with The Retail Mavens System™ (especially with the Fast Track Program.) Clients take a minimum of 12 months of working together to apply all the steps, sometimes longer,and enjoy a substantial (often dramatic) increase in their level of profitability AND time off. Remember though, this is only for retailers who are truly serious about getting results.
Do these programs work? Yes.
Every single one of our clients were more profitable in 2011 than in 2010. They also were more profitable in 2010 than 2009 and in 2009 than in 2008. That is the bottom line, isn’t it? Please note: to see results, you need to be totally committed to taking action and have the resources - time, energy and drive - to carry you through. This is not a quick fix, it's not magic and it takes 6 months or more for the seeds to grow, but all my clients who have diligently applied every step of The Retail Mavens System™ have successfully grown their businesses, in much less time than they would have on their own and are “Raving Fans”.
Best of all, clients are excited to report that they were able to cover the coaching investment as a direct result of our work, usually 3-7 times over – meaning that for every $1000 invested, I show them $3000-$7000 more profit per year and often much more than that.
Do you have different payment plans? Yes.
We offer three different payment plans. The first two options provide you with additional coaching at wonderful incentive rates:
Option #1: You may choose to pay for 12 months at once and receive the next 2 months of coaching free.
Option #2: If you would like to pay for 6 months at once, you can get the 7th month of coaching for 50% off.
Either option practically guarantees additional success. If you have more ‘skin in the game’ you are more committed. We find that the clients that are the most committed are the most successful and so we like to reward them with extra coaching!
Option #3: You may choose to pay monthly.
